Registration

You are free to browse our website without registering but in order to shop on our web site you must first complete the registration form. We will require your billing address, phone number, and email address. We will only require your credit card information if you are making a purchase but the financial information is NOT stored on our website. This means you will need to enter your credit card information every time you make a purchase. The information you provide is used when you are actually making a purchase on our website.

Once you register, you are automatically signed up for the U&I newsletter. The newsletter provides customers with latest news and tidbits about our website and boutique. If you are already signed up for the newsletter and wish to unsubscribe. Please email news@boutiqueuandi.com with the subject line saying "unsubscribe".

Boutique U&I is the sole user of the information collected on our site. The information received through our site is securely collected to improve the overall shopping experience; it is treated seriously and with full respect. Boutique U&I guarantees the information you enter will never be sold or lent to any third party. If you wish to have your online account deleted please email customerservice@boutiqueuandi.com. Due to security reasons the Boutique U&I staff will NOT be able to edit your personal information. If your account is deleted, you may re-create a new account. We will not send any unsolicited marketing material to our customers in the form of mail or phone calls. The Boutique U&I newsletter will inform you of sudden changes to our website including information about new collections and special sales.

Personally Identifiable Information

We DO NOT share personally identifiable information with third parties. We will, however, share personal information to law enforcement agencies when necessary. 

Orders

If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Agents

We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

 

Return

Once received, if the product does not fit you and is not the good size, it is possible to make an exchange. You will have to pay  the return to the Boutique and the expedition back to your address.

Also all the duty and tax fees  when you send the product back to Canada, Montreal.

If any size is not available or you do not find something you want to make an exchange, you will have a credit note that you can use for three months.

Refund

All the purchases are final sales, the refund is not allowed by the direction.
